Kingsley Kwok - Candidate on Record 2019 Federal Election, 2018 Ontario Election, and 2017 Toronto City By-election, is a health care professional, a union activist and a proud father. Raised in Hong Kong, he has called Scarborough home for the past seventeen years and lives in Malvern with his family.
Trained as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, Kingsley works in critical care and emergency departments in Scarborough General Hospital. He is president of Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) Local 575 representing allied health workers of Scarborough Health Network and Executive Board Member of OPSEU and Toronto and York Region Labour Council. Kingsley collaborated with other unions and in the wider community to start the Scarborough Health Coalition to resist funding cuts and save local health care services. He was a campaign mobilizer of $15 and Fairness and is a board member of TTCriders advocating for better transit and more funding in local transportation.
